• Assessment session (30-40 minutes) - FREE

 

• Individual counselling sessions are £55 (VAT Inclusive)* per 50 minute session

(available via face to face, online via Zoom or telephone counselling)

• Couples counselling sessions are £60 (VAT Inclusive) per 60 minute session. ​

• Well-being workshops and short courses are individually priced please contact us for more information

*We provide discounted sessions at £45 (VAT Inclusive) per session for 9-19 year olds, clients in full-time education, over 65's and individuals on low income (providing evidence of either Universal Credit, Disability Living Allowance or Employment Support Allowance) there are a limited number of these sessions available, please contact us for more information

• We also provide personal therapy for student counsellors in training at £45 (VAT inclusive) per session (please check with us we meet the criteria for your course)
